about Permanent Residence Application Status

Hey Guys

i am able to login into Ecas with UCI no. and it look something like this


Sponsorship Application Status              Permanent Residence Application Status
Decision Made                                                         Application Received


in Decision made link was writen about " application Received on 18-08-2011, and we start processing on 27-10-2011, and we send a latter of Decision by mail...so and so" and that decision we approved in mail..

But I don't understand 2nd part about Application Received its say only "we received your application on 18-08-2011"

so Question is how can i find out , when the File has been transfer to VO and what is the status of 2nd part?
