1.education/training related documents i.e.transcripts/degree or diploma certs
2.work experience related docuts:i.e.reference letter from employers,contracts
3.identity & civil status docuts: i.e.birth cert,national id card,marriage cert, household register,children info
4.travel documents
5.visa office specific requirements for supporting docuts

unless aforementioned documts are in english/french, need to translate+notarize.
good luck!

Only point#1 needs to be notarized

Point#2 original required.
rest copies only,

Point#5 there is no more visa office forms, you have to send all documents to CIO. this is from July 18 and onwards.

Yours,
Walid
