about Notarial certificate
«

I am preparing all of the documents to Buffalo.
I saw the following requirements in EG7000 file.
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
.the English or French translation; and
.an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
.a certified copy of the document.
I haven't found the affidavit with all of my notarial certificates. Is there the affidavit with your translation?
Thanks a lot.

you need an affidavit from a person who translated your documents. ask him to give you an affidavit.

Do I still need a affidavit if I made the translation from a notary public?
