I am preparing all of the documents to Buffalo.

I saw the following requirements in EG7000 file.

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
.the English or French translation; and
 .an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
 .a certified copy of the document.

I haven't found the affidavit with all of my notarial certificates. Is there the affidavit with your translation?

Thanks a lot.

Do I still need a affidavit if I made the translation from a notary public?
