for those who did medical, i would like to know the document they got from cic allowing them to undergo it.
i am quebec nominee and after sending my application to buffalo, they sent me a notification that they cashed $ CAD 550 and plus another document with my passport photo attached wich says: Rapport Medical:
                                                                           Section A
                                                                           Identification du client et sommaire
I'm little confused and would like to know if this is a call for me to do the medicals

I'm not sure how the Quebec preocess goes but  I know for sure that ''Identification du client et sommaire'' means ''Identification of the customer and synopsis''
