Did anyone heard of someone refused after submiting addmissable medical results?and how ong does it take to get thePPR after that?

I have noticed one case in this forum stated that he was refused after submitting the medical for lack of points !!!! i cant remember the username .

unless the medicals itself returned inadmissability, or any security issue cropped up......... the chances of rejection are slim.

Yes I nave heard that one family was refused after submitting admissible medical results, because they have got medical applications before  background check have been finished.

But i thought that when they ask for medical that  means the background check is done and in the favor of the applicant!!

Just recently an applicant received a letter informing him that the CIC officer is about to take a decision to reject his application due to medical inadmissibility of one minor dependent (a congenital impairment) Nevertheless he is being given an opportunity to make representations before the officer makes a final decision

Could you please share with us the reasons behind refusal. Was it something you knew it was coming or did it come as a surprise ....?
