Hi,

We are immigrant in Canada. My husband already moved there. Now me and my son will go there. We have medical check and so on. My husband didn't get permanent job. Will it effect us to enter there? My uncle already sent money to my friend who is living there as my husband is in another city.

I don't really understand your question.  If you and your son are approved as Permanent Resident you can arrive at Canada.

If you have already a PR visa stamped on your ( you and son) passports,  there is no problem you can land in Canada, within the validity of your visa.

Keep the original COPRs with you and also the adress/phone number  of your husband. You husband's permanent job is not anybody's problem.
So don't worry about it.
