**abouT joB offeR**(temP.worK permiT)

I got a job offer from a Canadian company in Quebec to get the temp.work permit can you pls help...!!!

1.what are the first steps of the process ?
2.what are the doc. that they will ask for?
3.when is the time were you will be sure that you are getting the visa?
4.how many years the temp.work permit will be for?
5.will i be able to take my wife and son with me?
6.what happens if i stop working at that company after a couple of months?
7.can i apply immediately for permanent residents after i arrive?
8.if yes how long will it take to get the permanent residents?
9.can i apply for refugee status after i arrive (can't go back to home country)?

1. Read http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/immigrate-settle/temporary-workers/index.html  for Quebec processing.
2  Could be valid for 6 months up to 3 years.
3. You would have prove that you are able to support your wife & child in Canada, before a visa would be issued.
4. If you stop working, you can remain as a visitor, but you can't work.
5. If you are admitted for 1 year, you can apply for PR at either Buffalo or your home country, if less than a year only your home country.
6. You can claim refugee status, but it is a long process.
