It's extremely rare to have a job offer if you're oversea and doesn't have a visa to come to Canada. You might be sponsored by your employer only if you're highly qualified. Look at the employer's point of view : why would you hire someone abroad, who doesn't have a visa yet, if you can find a skilled person in Canada ?

i'm 28 years old i hope reach canada befor 30 student , or worker i want want  live in canada whatever how  cause i expired my chances in my country

Do not forget that The Canadian government may refuse the visa.
