Does the visa office takes on consideration ielts test,if we send  the test letter(after sending the package of documents to the visa office).
I(I 've sent the package to the visa office with IELTS, I claim 67-67 points,now to be sure I can have another ielts test and get more points)
Do you think is acceptable from visas office?
Any suggestions?

NO dear ,

As per new guide line one send original IELTS score with application to CIO . They will not accept it without it.

IELTS is mandatory to send with full documents. Here is no point issue. Just you have to follow the rule.
