dear friends  is  the fund settlement required when I  submit the application under FSW or at the last stage of the processing when they give you a immigrant visa . and what Is the different or what is meaning  unencumbered transferable funds mentioned in application forms in schedule 1

When you are given 120days to submit your full documents, you've to show documentary evidence of your personal funds i.e. bank statements.
and what Is the different or what is meaning  unencumbered transferable funds mentioned in application forms in schedule 1

Personal funds that belong to you only. You are expected to make use of your own funds or gifts not loans or borrowed funds.
