Hi friends, I have doubt in below documents.
I read here some and I found for fund and polic clearance.
1)Fund proof I have to send it along with time of application? or later when Canada embassy will ask?
2)I dont have tax return W2 from USA Employer right now but I have all pay slips.
3) Police clearance : I am indian citizen on H1B in the USA, so, I have to get PCC from Indian consulate too? me and mywife stayed 3years and some months to Italy, so we also have to get PCC from italian consulate/emabssy too? or we are staying in the USA since 1year and some months , its enugh to get it from USA FBI or state police clearance (PCC).
please help me guys,

Thanks PMM, 1) I have to pay visa fees even with the application. 2) my W2 last year I was not elligible to apply as per employer. I send all documents to employer for W4 and W2, he will send me lets see. 3) italian police certificate will in italian language, and takes time may be 3months. I dont know its valid for how many months. Thanks, ommkumar desai |

OMM, would you please specify, which application? The initial application to the CIO-Sydney, or the full application to the visa office? The documentation requirements are different, and you can easily read what you must submit at what time by using the checklist for each application. These checklists are a REQUIRED part of the application! Checklist for initial application to CIO-Sydney: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5612E.PDFChecklist for full application to CIC-Buffalo: http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLIsh/pdf/kits/guides/E37048.pdfAlso, I don't know what you mean by "visa fee". There is a "Processing Fee" that you submit with your initial application to CIO. And there is a "Right of Permanent Residence fee" that you do NOT submit until your full application is approved and the is requested by the local visa office. |

ohh I read the fees : Before I have to pay: Principal applicant: 550CAD $ Spuse: 550CAD$ child: 150CAD$ right... After approval: another is landing fees , me 490CAD $ and 490CAD $ for my spouse. only these fees I have to pay. Thanks. |

SIGH. Unless you SLOW DOWN and read instructions, we'll be hearing from you again, wondering why your application was returned.
You can read on this forum what happens to people who think "Los Angeles" is their visa office.

my attorney told me dont have to show fund right now, I have to show fund later. and yes los angeles is visa office, he send it CIO office. he still not told me. I sign all documents and send him next week, and I am paying only FEES "Bank draft is in favour of "Receiver General for Canada" its good right?
Thanks, any inputs invited. my attorney told me dont submit any fund copy right now, they will ask for us after 2months. is it true?
