Hi!

If you get Your nominee certificate You don't need ask for LMO your employer

You need only copy of Your confirmation form PNP (they send you that confirmation when You are nominated - the original certificate they send to CIC) + application for work permit (I am not sure what else you need maybe contract for your employer (permanent offer job)

so don't forget make a copy of confirmation before you send Your all documents to CIC.
