Does anybody know if it is useful to enclose express (courier) return self address envelope instead of return address label. when sending immigration application.

What you mean? Do  you want acknowledgement that they have received your application?

I don't see any mathematical formula which you guys don't understand.

OP is simply asking, if its okay to send a "Currier Prepaid" envelope instead of "address labels" which probably CIO gonna use to send communication by using regular post. 

To OP, no.. in my personal opinion, it won't work. I think CIO send communications/AOR etc only using Regular Post. Wait for senior's comments.
