INTERVIEW IS NOT ESSENTIAL IN FSW.
IT DEPENDS NO THE VISA OFFICER AND IF PERSONAL INTERVIEW IS REQUIRED THEY WILL INFORM YOU APP. ONE MONTH EARLIER

To my knowledge only the Quebec SW has interview compulsory.

If you prepare your application package with out taking any shortcut, provide sufficient documentation to support/prove what you have filled in. Experience letters supported by proper JD, pay stubs, reference letters, POF well in excess,....i.e., if case visa officer gets well convinced, then he will directly propose for medicals instead of INTERVIEW.
