Guys. today I received an email,from caips notes they said CIC wanting to clarify if I am requesting "caips" or "citizenship" I dont understand what is the difference , I want to know how is my sponsorship process, what is missing or when I will receive PPR, but "citizenship" I dont understand, could you guys help me to clarify them please

Hi Friends! One question. I hav a frnd in Toronto who can order CAIPS on my behalf however the pymnt for CAIPS has to made by cheque or DD which needs to be sent to Nova Scotia. The postage will add on to $5 hence the amt wil come to $30 including the postage. So is this the case or does it cost $5 only regardless of the place u r in, in Canada?
Please help!
