Hello guys!!! I am applying through family sponsorship outland and I have requested my caips notes on October 16 and nothing yet do you know when I will receive it??? How long more I have to wait??? , in this notes they will explain what is the next step , if I will have interview or passport request I can see in caips notes or how do caips notes work?  THANKS!!! |

Dear, It takes from 4- 6 weeks. Sometimes they would provide the update info ,sometimes not! Yes, you can find( the reason ) if u have an interview! |

pray so that CIC quickly wraps up working on the MI-1,2,3 files in 2011 and in early 2012 so that they'd be able to work on 2007's.

I'd wait for 2012 before i could launch a Mnadamus.
still better going for it. I have seen success in mandamus. they need a good lesson from the agonizing applicants.

you should have been able to receive that call anyways, they should have also called in your cell number....
I think you should call them back with the reference of the call they made to you yesterday.
