About Birth Certificate- Affidavit - Please Help

Hi

I have a problem with my brother birth certificate, for prove of relationship , Mother name not mentioned In the certificate, Only Father name - His Name S/Of Father name and place of birth , but I requested affidavit and I got it, written my Father and Mother name clearly From the  court, and even I have my mother old Passport which show our names included my brother name and date of birth, who is living in Canada, do you think this is enough to prove the relationship
Seniors pls Advise.
