About AINP H1

I applied for my AINP immigration in 2009 under the H1-B category as a skilled applicant. I had more than 1 year work experience then. While AINP application in process, i got layoff in 2010 and had to change my status to h4. Again I managed to get a job in same skilled category as what i applied to AINP in 2011 and now back on h1 status. Now AINP has asked me for my recent paystubs and 797 petition. Does my change of status from H1 to h4 and back to h1 affect my eligibility for immigration to Canada under AINP category. Logically I have more than 1 year experience in the profession and currently on h1.

Please guide.
