I applied for Immigration to Canada through Abhinav Outsourcing Nehru Place in Year 2005. My case went in backlog. In year 2010, I applied on my own in 29 short skills list and got visa in few months. Canadian High Commission closed my previous file of backlog and finalised my new application. CHC returned my old case processing fee but as Abhinav was my representative so the cheque posted to his address but he never called me or informed me for this. Abhinav says he never received the cheque. Is there anyone else as well who is facing the same problem as I feel that he is cheating on me.

If your case went In-process in backlog as you mentioned remember NO refund at this stage by CIC.
If you paid to consultant and behalf of you the Abhinav Pvt paid your fees to CIC than this consultant will not return your money, forget about money refund.

Thanks for your reply. Yes my case status was in process however I asked from CHC, New Delhi in case specific inquiry and they said that they have sent the amount of RS--- to your agent.

A word to others in the future.  If you have an old application in the backlog that was submitted through an agent, and you apply and get a visa under the new "lists" then send a cancellation of the representative to CHC.
