A weird case

Dear legends,
We introduce ourselves as immigration agent for Canada. It's first time since ever we are in this field, that an unusual client has approached us to apply for Canada Immigration. What makes this client unusual is he has two wives and children through both the wives (he is Muslim). Please educate us with following concerns in regards to this client.
1. Can this client apply for Canada immigration with intention of taking both his wives and children to Canada?
2. Will Canada govt. accept his Permanent Residence status and later on provide citizenship to him and both his wives and children?
3. What is the ruling over polygamy in Canada?
4. If yes, then how can he claim the points for spouse in Adaptability section?
5. If yes, then does he need to fill all those forms separately for additional wife wherever he is required to enter spouse's details?
6. If no, then which of the two wives he can take along with him to Canada?
7. If takes any one of the two wives to Canada, can he in future sponsor for PR for his left-out wife and children from Canada? OR can his left-out wife and children apply for visitor visa to go and spend holidays with this man in Canada? How much are the chances of success in obtaining the visa either for PR or for visitor?
We shall be greatly thankful to you if you educate in above regards.
Thanking you
With Best Regards
A1meem.
