I landed Canada 6 years ago as a PR, when I was single. Then,after had stayed in canada about 1.5 years, I returned my home country, met and married my first wife and had a kid, we lived in my home country.
About 3 years ago, we were divorced, and then, in the same year, I married my 2nd wife namely current wife. I returned Canada 2 years ago, and sponsored my 2nd wife, but I did not mention the 1st marriage and my kid in 2nd wife's application. Then, now, I want to sponsor my only kid to come here, he's only 3 years old. I want him as the primary and only applicant in the application, as my dependent kid. To introduce him, I must tell CIC the 1st marriage in his application, but it conflicts to my 2nd wife's application documentation, is that a problem? how to resolve it? none does not make mistakes. Thanks. I am still a PR now.
