Another exciting predicament in this seemingly endless world of immigration papers

at the bottom of the Pt3 package checklist it says:

Place all of your documents in a sealed envelope and send them to your sponsor.

now questions?
1. if we are both sending this from the UK (to Mississauga) do we need to separate them into different envelops
if so?
2. does the envelope have to be addressed back to London (and stamped???? if so how do we stamp it from Canada to UK - if we are in the uk)

i know it may sound absurd but even the craziest demands are not going to surprise me anymore with this whole process- just covering our bases

thanks once again for all your help.. Don't know where i would be without this!!
