A reply from the visa office, any hope for 2012? Qorax and other forum members

Above is a mail from the visa Office,any hope for 2012 for me?  I have waited from January 2009 when i first filed my application and till today still waiting for Medicals. January 30th will make exactly 3 years from  the day i first filed my application.

Any advise will be appreciated.
