If my parents come to CANADA on VISIT VISA, can they remain in CANADA till the time their immigration case finalize(if me and my brother, both PR of CANADA)apply for their immigration??? or they will have to leave CANADA???

Probably not, since the sponsor of parents will take at least 3 years, 23 months at Missisauga, plus overseas processing.  PS either you or your brother can apply, not both.

Can i invite my mother to witness the baptismal  of my baby, even thou that Im in maternity leave right now.
Can the immigration allow her or approve the invitation.
