my final destiny is calgary. but i will be landing in Toronto first. do i have to finish all the landing formalities in toronto? after that can i go outside the airport for smoking? thanks

I can share my experience. When I landed as PR, I landed in toronto. Finished all my immigration formalities and then took connecting flight which is 3 hrs after to sachkachewan. I gave my SK address to the IMO. There was no problem. Hope this will help you.

Hi Suva,in toronto once you finish the paperwork,you can go outside to smoke if you have enough time before your next flight
