Hi all,
I am a FSW applicant, almost in the middle of the process. Got 2nd AOR in August. Now waiting for Meds Request. Meanwhile, I got a problem.
Actually, My Office location is changed to another plaza. As it is a small IT company, the management has decided to close down all of land-line/telephone numbers and to convert the system to Vifi or mobile something. Now, there would be no telephone numbers but the communication would be done by Mobile numbers.
What should I do now? I have given the Landline number of previous building (which is now changed). Do immig officers call at Mobile numbers or they don't? or they just simply reject the case on this basis?
I am really worried.
Please reply.
Regards, Waqas

Dear Waqas,
The Visa Section do not call in land or mobile phone. They will send you notification by post mail. So don't worry about your problem.
Cheers!

Dear Sushil,
Thanks for your response. I heard some of people here got verification calls. So, should I notify CHC about this change or should I just keep quite?
regards, Waqas

Verification call can always happen and change of numbers is right concern. Send an e-mail to CHC updating the new contact numbers for your office and HR/Boss who provided the reference letter

Hi Waqas,
In this case you should write to VO expaining the whole situation and mention the new contact details in order for them to call @ your employers office.
Regards,
Sunny

Just send a letter to the VO quoting your reference number and provide your new office details. It would'nt be a problem as long as you communicate the changes with the VO.

Sent the communication letter in detail about the current situation updating them with the New MOBILE numbers. The easiest way for them for verification is to give a call and verify your details. So please at the earliest, send the VO email.

Thanks SunnyDXB, ankit_20, kabayan and SATDXB.
Here's another quick question: as we have just shifted here at new office. We don't have new letterheads of company yet. Nor the Visiting Cards. So, I have 2 options: 1) Either, I just send them an email stating the changes? 2) or I should send changes on company's old letterhead and send it with the signature of boss?
However, my consultant is saying that, if we want to send them changes on letterhead, then it should be on the new letterhead with new address/contact numbers. Otherwise, if we send email, it would also be valuable. There won't be any harm.
Please advise me if consultant is right or not? and which is the better way to notify them about this situation?
