Hello, guys:
If my spouse is not going to join me in Canada (not a secondary applicant) at this time. Is she still required to fill out the form, IMM 5669 (Schedule A – Background/Declaration)? Since my marital status changed after I completed the medical exam, the immigration office has advised me to update IMM0008, IMM 5406 and "a complete application kit required". However, I'm not quite sure if my non-accompanying spouse should fill out IMM5669 as well.

If you know the answer, please share it with me. It would be greatly appreciated!

  Thanks!

Yes she does because in the near future when she does want to come there would not be a problem.
