About 2000 dirham and the actual medical is quick, find the doc nearest you, make an appointment, get the xray and blood work done and send the document the doc gives you to your wife in Canada, she needs to include it with the application. The doc submits her portion to the embassy.

salam ppl

well i dont know what medical your talking bout, if you already got married so you should look for the sworn doc by the canadian embassey , all the doc's adresses is in the cic website,

http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medicalinfo.aspx?CountryID=1949&ProvID=&CountryName=Morocco&ProvinceName=

i only paid not even 1200 MDH + 500 for the DHL (express mail to france) if you dont want to pay the 500 so its only 1200 MDH , and  the medical check record expire in a year

the medical examination for immigration should be done AFTER you and your spouse are married, you should do the test when you finish filling all the forms and getting all the supporting documents, because the medical is valid for 12 months and you must use the best out of it.
i dont know how much its coasts in morroco but here in leb i paid like 155$
