A question about the Maple Card

Hi experts,

I landed at Toronto Pearson on the end of last month but left for US in a short time. I'm wondering when my maple card can be mailed to my friend's at Toronto. The maple card will be mailed and no need to be picked up in person, right? Thank you!

It take about 5 to 6 weeks for PR card to be received. It is mailed and it is not required to collect it in person

some ppl have recieved in as little as 4 weeks while others took more than 7 weeks

i read some where in one of these threads, there is a change in system of card collection recently , where it will be intimated to be collected. pls check this out again.
