i had initially applied for a canadian visa under FSW but was rejected as i was not under the chosen categories.......so i was advised by my consultant to arrange an aeo in canada...........................so now i have got my HRDC approved AEO a few weeks ago and i have cleared IELTS with a band of 6.5 and the required band was 4.5 so my question is that will my interview be waived if i apply now for canadian immigration and that how much time will it take to process my request..........

1.  If you haven't never met nor applied for a job with the employer and you paid a sum of money for the AEO you will should probably expect a refusal.
2.  CIC is investigating AEOs these days, as there is quite a bit of fraud.  So, if you fall into #1 you can expect an interview.

it seems that you are trying to avoid the real situation of an interview . first of all, could tyou please tell us why the visa office reject you?if there is any valid or serious ground of rejection , it could be taken seriously . it is because they have a complete record of your previous  application  and rejection , if there is any ?it doesn't matter in which category you applied .please do not hide anything before the visa officer . disclose everything before the visa office of your dealing with the visa office? it would be the right pathway.
wishes for your dream with canadian immigration .
