Appreciate your initiative of bringing some positivity in our waiting era.... Every one has different context and perspective in ways of doing ....either to express or outburst in  frustration or endure as inexpressive!!! But its true waiting something for long and indefinite period indeed a  hard job in this fast pace world....You might have a well set plan for your life A, B, C ..... and so on but they are interdependent sometimes and could well hang on or delays unless you even can project/anticipate for a reasonable time length of outcome for each of them......

Its true that we have to live on hopes.....optimism....we need to always look for tomorrow .... and in getting tomorrow with something good we do instantly wipe off all pains we might have had throughout long yesterdays....... Lets look forward and make our strong wish to build for the promising tomorrow.....

            I fully agree with you. Many things are in the making,but because you have this plan , you can not move. my funds are in my account i could have invested it, but just the fact that they can ask for proof of funds at anytime, i am afraid to use the funds.

I can wait for sometime, if i know exactly what is happening to my file, my E.cas has never been updated, since i sent full documents to visa office, it shows only CIO details.  the person processing my file speaks French, each time i ask for my status he write we are studying your file. It makes me confused and makes the waiting period so boring.

Well lets have hope.

My message to all those applicants that dear friends please dont consider this opportunity as the only aim of life and get back to your normal life. You can achieve a lot with your normal life also. Leave this immigration decision on the god and just take it as one of the chores of your life.
I hope this will make you think once again about other opportunities and my friends will allow fresh air into their life.

Good words... Although its not for the whole day round but probably it does occupy many of our own time and mind after all.....but its difficult to get rid of or to follow..... sometimes autosuggestion doesn't work.... However, this forum being the only place I like spending and exchanging and in getting something positive to take back for the next day of waiting.... Thanks again for your nice input and  efforts anyway

This is a lovely thread and the last comment made me smile.  I had a few teachers in school that I particularly remember.  One was Mr. Cross, my Grade 8 Science teacher.  One of his mantras was, "Dreams only come true when you are awake."  I hope everyone has a bright and wakeful day today!

Lovely thread! It is futile worrying about tomorrow. We only spoil today by doing that.
My elder daughter can't help worrying about small things while a negative though never crosses younger one's mind. Needless to say who is happier or more successful. We mortals don't have control over our minds. But why not try to make an effort?

Yes some of the above does match many of our context as well but probably we are left handicapped... All we can do is just to keep waiting for the "GOOD day"... and we can also try to make our waiting time a bit not to be monotonous.... all the possible ways we can.... like the way and aim this thread has been initiated by fireworks.... Lets wish and pray for each other....

Whatever answer your soul gives.... There is only one answer to it, and that is HAPPINESS.
So my friends, think again and again... is the canada only place where we can achieve happiness? ofcourse Not, right?
Then why shall we waste lots of enjoying moments and pleasure rightnow? Let the decision come at its pace... Don't worry about others getting ahead of you and your ecas not updating or you are among the last ones in getting any updates or no updates.
Just concentrate on HAPPINESS.
