A notification letter before issuing Caip Notes , please help.

Hi to All,
          I recently ordered Caip Notes and i have received a notification. I was waiting for the Caip Notes, please explain if they normally send notification to the requester before the Caip Notes. My friend in Canada ordered them on my behalf. He scanned the notification and sent to me and below is a copy of the notification.

For those who have received their Caip Notes when should i expect to receive the Caip Notes.

It may means, they are reviewing your application, for processing.
If it is ok, then you will be notified positively.
May you will get positive answer in March/April.
Better, you can check , if your BankDraft is cashed. If cashed, your application is positively taken, you can hope.

Nothing to worry about, that's the normal procedure of CIC, they take this much time before handing over the CAIPS.

            Thanks , I am a 2009 applicant and my application has been in process from June 2010 and i am waiting for medicals for long time. I was advised order Caips Notes. 

I got this acknowledgment instead of Caip Notes, so i was finding out if that is the procedure before you get the actual Caip Notes.

                            In the acknowledgment the talked of 3o days i am waiting patiently by the end of  January. Hope it gives me more clue to my file. I have waited for so long , my application has been in process since June 2010 and i am still waiting for medicals.
