Please could you advice me what to do, I have a new baby who was born last month and to issue a new passport for him I need about three months,, I should send the documents by the end of this month (Next week) ,, Can I go alone and my wife stay with the baby here. is that possible with CIC..

If you are applying for your whole family as skilled workers, nobody can land until the new baby has been added to your file so no, you can not go alone.  If you fail to notify them of the new baby, get your PR visa and land, you lose the chance to sponsor him later.

Many thanks for your reply,, Can I apply alone without my family because of my baby doesnt have a passport..is that accepted by CIC.

No, you have to include your family on your application whether you are taking them with you or not.  You can still send the documents, just say that you have a new baby and you are waiting for his passport.
