Dear Qorax,
I have applied in Nov,2010. My NOC is 4152 and my Visa office is Singapore. My application has received on 10th Nov and they send me PER on 22nd Feb,2011. I got married in between and i sent my marriage papers on 10th,March 2011. From then my status is showing "RBVO". How much time it may take to process the appl. further?

I HAVE SENT MY MED + FEE + PCC TO LON VO LAST MONTH ON 25TH JUN.
IS THE NEXT STEP IS PASSPORT REQUEST LETTER OR STILL I CAN GET INTERVIEW CALL??
ONCE THEY ASK U TO SUBMIT LANDING FEE ETC..DOES IT MEAN THAT INTERVIEW HAS BEEN WAIVED?

If my e-cas shows in process does it mean London VO has checked all the documents that I had to send within 120 days and they done all the checks like "Qualitative Check+PSDEC I got my second AOR on the 12th of AUG 2010 So after London Vo done all the following:Background check>issue of additional docs requested (if any)IN MY CASE NOT REQUESTED YET>1st BFD> E-CAS shows :IN PROCESS IN MY CASE YES IT DOES FROM 22ND MARCH 2010.So I am at this stage now .Am I right?As I said in my prewious message inside it still shows pending review but you said it does not matter the inside part. Now I should be getting medicals by the end of This year in October unless they want some more additional docs. The Visa office would not put my application in process if i havent passed the 67 point and they find my application not eligible? They would have said it long time ago decision made and the reason why. So do you think its a good sign the stage we are now? Have we passed the background check as well? Thank you for your time. Edit Yes, your 67 has been assessed prima-facie... and u r 'provisionally accepted' to move forward with your application. However remember, a reCount can occur anytime -- mostly triggered with some inconsistency in any other b/ground factor/s... but it's not a necessary evil... u r now sailing smoothly, yet. Qorax |

I hope you must be aware of it that since 02 July 11, there r many applicant whose address is missing from e-cas & still it is not back.
We all know that e-cas is not real & reliable tool . But there are so many incidents that whenever address disappeared from e-cas there was response given by Vo or CIO . Best example is Mine.
When ever it got disappeared i got reply from VO.
Can you please put some words on it. As of now there is no news from VO / CIO to any one since 02 July 11.
What is the relation of address disappearance on e-cas to real file processing ?

Hello There
I send my application through FedEx on the 18th may 2011 and it was received at the Canada office on the 26th. I have still not received any PER email or case number and it has been more then 45 days now. I applied for the NOC 3112 and i am from Pakistan. Kindly let me know that how long does it take to get the PER email or what can i do to check my status?

I DINT GET ANY LETTER FROM THEM TILL NOW AND I SENT THEM TO RESEND IT AGAIN TO ME BUT TILL NOW NOTHI NG COMES
