Makes no difference w.r.t. the e-Cas... they r on your b/ground checks - found some discrepancy - asked u supporting docs... that's about it. I repeat again, one shouldn't much rely on their e-Cas statement... it's usually not in sync with the actual processing work/s. The e-Cas is just to have a general guideline.

but i was working at the time

now i am goin to apply for permenant resident visa in skilled worker

will they say im lying/doing fraud?

what will happen if i apply for permenant resident visa?

I am a 29 year old male from Dhaka, Bangladesh and would like to apply for FSW with NOC 1122. Since the CAP was reached last year, I'm planning to apply on 1st July when the list will be refreshed. I'm giving my qualifications below, please advise if I'm eligible to apply. FYI my education is MBA and BBA, and I meet all other points requirements.

Please note that I work at a Garments Manufacturing Company and my title is 'Director'. This is a family owned business, and my father is the Managing Director. Here are my job responsibilities:

1. Evaluate company Human Resource and overall management policies and develop guidelines for improvements on a continuous basis.

2. Develop and coordinate worker and employee performance evaluation methods and construct effective relationship systems among the members of the company including the top management.

3. Identify communications needs of the company and manage the entire communication, attendance software, internet facilities and other Information Technology related needs of the organization

4. Prepare the factories for internal and external audits (i.e. ILO) to ensure the factories maintain proper levels of work environment standards as well as worker benefit schemes. Maintain strong relations with all evaluation authorities in order to constantly increase performance in the area of human resource management.

5. Maintain records of all employees and workers and ensure each worker is provided with the benefits due to them by law and maintain highest standard of social and corporate ethics.

6. Strictly enforce benefits to female workers and provide special attention to workers on maternity leave.

7. Manage all companies' finances and coordinate financial plans with the other departments such as Production and Marketing and conduct update meetings with all senior management staff in weekly and monthly review sessions.

8. Conduct evaluations on all the departments of the organization and provide improvement suggestions and guidelines to maintain comparative advantage in the industry.

9. Prepare reports for senior management review and implementation of guidelines.

10. Conduct meetings with the members of the workforce and other management staff to identify needs, complaints and other issues effecting overall performance of the organization.

11. Take immediate and effective actions to maintain high level of worker retention and corporate allegiance.

Dear Captain Qorax and Senior Members,

My friend is applying as fsw as well this july,she's single and i have some questions since i'm helping her with the application..

1. In the family members portion: since she's single, does she write her mom and 4 siblings thus prepare for their photos as well?? I read that family members are spouse, common law and children.. But how about with single person??? Just wanted to clarify..

2. In case she needs to include her siblings and mom, do they also have to answer the schedule 1 & additional family forms??

As you can see from my job description, my job was to evaluate and constantly upgrade/improve business processes in the areas of operation, human resources, finance, overall management and IT. So would this be eligible under NOC 1122?

If u aren't a management consultant, supporting clients - it'd be hard for u to convince your VO on that NOC.

If the 2nd job was after an 8 hrs. shift of the 1st -- no issues there.

Dear Qorax...

i have unique exp. i have submitted my PP on 2nd june, MED done on 10th may, yesterday CHC called on my cell and asked me about names of all family members going with me i told tht

then she asked when we did our med i told may first week then she said did all of u ( me, my wife and 2 kids ) did ur MED on same day i said yes. then she said ok ....
then i asked her why are u asking after a pause she said BCZ my Doctor send our medicals on different dates so they are wondering how kids can go for MD alone .....!!!!!!!!

means dates on our mediacals is different ... i dont  know wht is that ......... and whts happening with me....
plz help....any exp....

Your PRV'll be valid for 1 yr from the date of the 1st meds.

qorax..... i have gone through the thread in detail and have got to know so many new things which even the consultants dont know... i havent applied yet... as before applying i want to get to know all possible details... i would really be thankful to u if u cud plss give ur input for the following queries...

1. if i apply as quebec skilled worker, than after getting the visa, is it necessary to land in quebec? or i can land anywhr i want to? and if landing in quebec is required, than for how long do i need to stay there ? moreover, if the scenario says that i can land elsewhr, thn do i need to complete my immigration formalities and tax related matters in quebec? or from the place wher m residing?

2. suppose, I have an AEO for BC - Vancouver, than its pre-requisite to land in vanc or i can land at toronto.. as majority of my friends are living there... (i read in ur posts that the person can land at other place) so pls confirm ... if i can stay at toronto thn can i start my new job search there? or do i need to report to my employer any how?

the background for such questions is that my profession is approved under quebec list and my hubby's under 1122.. .... so we hv both options open....secondly, we are also in search of a job and r hopeful that we might get it in bc..vanc.. but personally we dnt want to stay thr cz we dnt know a single person thr.. i hope u r getting what i m intending to say... qorax i wud really appreciate ur detailed response here..
