Dear Qorax,

My e-cas turned in process today but when i click on it, same old status is appearing. I hope they will take couple of hours/days to change the inside status, right?

Looking at this, by when can i expect medical/ additional doc request?

Please guide me.
-Vaibhav

Our e-cas is not the 'tool' to forecast our processing time. Remember, e-cas is managed by another cell @ CIC... not your VO; and it isn't reliable -- it can be updated on the availability/preference of the MIS cell.

The way to look forward is the timeframe of 4-6 months from the 2nd AOR (for the meds).

dear Qorax
bro in jan 6th 2009  i got my 2nd AOR from ISB vo my quiery is that my i got new file nub startd wid B.........{c50} i dont understand wats it mean is it normal?
plz reply
doc44

C50 is the Immigration Bill passed by Ottawa for the 'Simplified Processing System'.
No, 2yrs hence the 2nd AOR isn't 'normal'. But, with changes in the CHC (Isb-London) - things have gone wary. Why don't u send them an email enquiry?

Dear Qorax,

Need to confirm 3 important things.

(1) As per ND VO Check list all the common forms ( IMM_0008Generic,Sch-1 etc) listed in CIO checklist also .  If i strickly follow then i belive i need to attach 2 sets of forms ( One with CIO Checklist & other with ND VO Checklist ) Please confirm ?  But many of recent applicant attached only one set.

(2) I made one envelop for Photos ( 6 of me + 6 of my spouse ). Where should i attach this envelop ? With ND VO Checklist as it is given under it or i need to Staple it with IMM_0008Gen form ?

(3) As there is no option in ND Vo Checklist under PCC to tick mark to show that i have included my PCC .How should i show it?

Thanks in advance for reply...Awating for quick reply.

@ Mayank

1. U send 'only' 1 (one) set.
2. Attach them on top of your 'application package'.
3. Mention that in a cover letter... your own checklist.

Dear Qorax,

Please need urgent assistance.

I have  my old application ( Sept. 2006) filled via consultant . In old application my job title was Retail Chemist & NOC code was : 3131 with same job duties & responsibilities.

As in my new application Which is still to dispatch... My job title is Retail Pharmacist & NOC :3131 with no change in job duties & roles.

Do you think that because of change in job title ...there will be problem ? What do you suggest me

Need your urgent help ...

That shouldn't be a cause of worry... 'title' doesn't matter - the duties do.

Dear  Qorax,

I want to know that Is it necessary to land with Spouse first time after getting VISA ? Or i can land alone & my wife join me after 6/8 months later ? As VISA is valid for One Year from the date of issue , if i am not wrong ?

Please let me know on it .

The PA can 'land' alone.
Rest of the family could land anytime till the PRVs r valid [it will not be 1yr from the date of issue].
