Thanks much! Highly appreciate if you please answer my query below:

I am a ‘Pre' June 2010 applicant and my NOC 1111 (Accountant/Auditor) is NOT listed in the current 29 list. I have received my 2nd AOR in October 2010 and my e-CAS status gone into “In Process” with “RBVO” inside in Feb-2011.

My visa office is Singapore. I know the timeline for different cases widely vary. In a general view, when can I expect the MR?

Thanks in Advance!

Hi qorax

I have a question for you I have two application submmited

1st Application...... In year 2006 which shows the online staus ( In Process)
2nd Application..... Complete Doc sent to CHC london on 15 Sep 2010 Pre June 26 Cases - Shows - RBVO

My question is i have declared in my recent application about the refrence and file # of previous application. But I can check the status of both the application with there respective file # , further in my recent application i have provide the all as of details , but have not updated the previous file ( like my daughter details were not included in previous one  as she boen later)

Can you please advise what will be the impact on my case. Is this possible that both file can available fpr processing and further if CHC consider my old application first should I send all the recent detials.

Please note that both the applications were filled though an approved consultant.

Further in what time I should expect the medicals for my second application incase the old applications are on hold.

Dear Qorax and other respectable Memebers,
A)-  After number of requests posted to CHC London for returning back of original academic documents and experience letters, CHC London returned only mine original academic documents. CHC London did not return the following documents:
1-   IELTS
2-   Police Certificate
3-   Professional Experience Letters
I want ask from the members that why CHC London had returned the above along with my original academic documents?
B)-  Secondly before the receipt of 2AOR, my E-case status appeared like this:
"We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you. "

Why decision made line appeared in this as they had not sent me any reason of rejection because decision made before medical means rejection.
Is it a system error?
C)- After the receipt of 2AOR in March-2010, my E-Case again changed and appeared like this:
"We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010.
We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.
A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.
We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you”
Dear Qorax or any other member of the forum can elaborate the situation as it will also be informative for all of us

regards

The PA has to show evidence of the 'complete' POF [for the entire family] whether he is arriving alone, or with one or more of his dependents.

Subsequent entries by any family member doesn't require to show anything.

hello qorax,
iam a new member to the forum and in the past few days i have been reading the posts in this forum extensively,
i profusely thank you for continued support and inspiration in guiding countless of people like me.
i must say i completely gave up the idea of going to a consultant after reading the posts on this blog.
I have sent my application under noc 3113, and I have recieved PER on May 10th 2011.

I have been reading your posts on job search and landing jobs, its a great effort and hats off to you, but I would like to know a few things:
most of the jobs described are from IT background, marketing, bank jobs, working in office environment and so on but if u consider my background as a dentist i have absolutely no experience in any such jobs and u might be aware it would tke many years for me to gv my NDEB exams, enroll in a college and start practising till then how do i support my family what kind of jobs do dentist immigrants do till they start practising. Even if i manage to get a survival job for the first 6 months how to go about for the next level of jobs.

iam looking forward to  valuable insights from you or any other senior members on this.

keep up the great work!!!

Hey Qorax..

One of my friend got her visa... & her visa is valid till 07.11.11, now they intend to fly on 06.8.11. What do you think they will face any problem at the immigration check counter... because of not having the complete six months validity of passport ??

British Airways has raised this concerned to her while booking the tickets. Her details are as follows:

Principal Applicant: Passport Validity till 08.11.11

Visa Validity till 07.11.11

Spouse:Passport Validity till 15.11.11

Visa Validity till 07.11.11

Anticipating a quick reply.

Dear Qurox, I need your advice. My consultant refused to give me the second AOR and connected deatails. When asked, he told me it is his policy not to disclose the 2nd Filing details to the clients. I am neither able to view my E-CAS with out this number nor get any updates on my process. What should I do to get recent updates on my application? Is it right on his part to hide the basic details from his clients? Pls help.

U'd have to do with the general std jobs till u get licensed here. There could be opportunities in the many dental clinics in admin levels.
