Dear Qorax,my full documents reached CHC London on 20th Dec 2010.I m from Pakistan with NOC 4131 and received 2nd AOR on 12th May2011.I want to ask u when i can expect MR as i have stopped investing my money here just for this immigration.So i want to know any rough idea from your side plz
6-8 months from the 2nd AOR. |

dear hi i hav been asked by chc london ,for sending again the detailed personal history,with addresses . can i send it on plane paper along with filled printed form  , AS THERE IS LITTLE SPACE ON THE FORM TO WRITE DOWN COMPLETE ADDRESSES. regards pervaz |

Yes, it's the prerogative of the PA to 'land' first - if not with all or some of the dependents.
But, would u allow that? Letting your wife struggle all alone in a new land?

Hi Qorax Thank you very much for such a quick reply. Now I have one more question related to this.
If me and my wife go to canada first. Is it possible that we come back again after sometime within one year and take our daughter with us at that time before the expiry of visa date? If we take her now with us then only one of us can work. Someone told me that in this case we will have to reapply for her visa. Please clarify on this.

What is the meaning of In Process ?
As my e-cas shows In Process.
Does it mean that VO is done with my Background check ? If yes...
then What is the meaning of Security Check ?
I think someone also ask this to you ...but i am not able to find it.

U can all 'land' together, or in parts [until each PRV is valid], & return back to homeland imdtly. U can then 'reEnter' Canada before 3 yrs & remain in Canada for 2 continuous yrs. straight. U do not need any visa to return to Canada... but require the PR Cards [or a PRTD, if u didn't have the PRCs]. Qorax |

Thanks much! Highly appreciate if you please answer my query below:
I am a ‘Pre' June 2010 applicant and my NOC 1111 (Accountant/Auditor) is NOT listed in the current 29 list. I have received my 2nd AOR in October 2010 and my e-CAS status gone into “In Process” with “RBVO” inside in Feb-2011.
My visa office is Singapore. I know the timeline for different cases widely vary. In a general view, when can I expect the MR?
