U can't post or courier your passport from other country it will be illegal and you cant give passport to your friend neither. The only way I believe is do ur med & collect any other docs they have requested and go back to your visa office to submit your passport.

Dear Captain, Hope you are well.

Iam an NDVO MI1 candidate, I had sent my first set of docs in Mar 2010,  full set in July 2010 and my file has been "In Process with date" since the end of January 2012 but haven't received MR yet, there were couple of MR's issued for Jan/Feb 2010 candidates but after that NDVO has gone mute,  what do you think is causing NDVO to delay in issuing in MR, when do you think I should be getting the MR?

Thanks in advance

Hi

We have applied for federal skilled worker immigration in 2010 february for heavy duty mechanics.

Our application status said it was in process but I think it was not real in process as it didnt say that we started processing on ......date.

And than on the 2nd of May 2012 we got the refusal letter saying that job that the main duties that you listed do not indicate that you performed all of the essential duties and a substantial number of the main duties , as set out in the occupational description of the NOC.Therefore I am not satisfied that you are a Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic Noc 7312.

When we sent the full document sometime in end of July 2010 we also sent the RPRF which I have a receipt dated on the 16/08/2010.This was for the RPRF.

And we also sent the processing fees to Reciever general for canada dated on the 15th of June 2010 .This was made with foreign draft .

Thank you

Hi

It was in process but without any date so it was not in real process and it never went into medical request .

Do you think it is okay for them to email them and inform them that my wife is done with her landing/confirmation?

Hope that you will give me idea /advice on this.Thank you

A question to seniors!

How long does it normally take for the London VO to attach counterfoil/visa into the passport and send it back to applicant from the first date they receive the passport if you are not from visa except countries?

Any comment would be appreciated.

Relax & wait. As she has already landed - their system would know about it - when ur turn comes they'd process ur case further. No action is required from ur end.

I have Hepatitis B in carrier state condition. I found it when I was donating the blood to charity. I knew the condition after my application, will this cause problem to my application?

None of us can concretely opine on ur case... Yes - it will create addnl tests - in all probabilities a Specialist's Report as well... whereinafter much would depend on that report and the Canadian RMO's take on it. Here's the extract from the DMP's handbook:

Question 8: Hepatitis
When there is a history of hepatitis in those older than 15 years of age, the details from the applicant should include the date and type of hepatitis, if known.

Note: If the applicant is not excessive demand exempt, then the results of serum AST and ALT should be provided. If these are abnormal (greater than 1.5 X normal value), then a specialist's report including hepatitis C antibodies and hepatitis B surface antigen should be provided.

Hepatitis B screening or confirmatory test is not included in medical test in immigration process.
I found it during my medical examination.
