If u do not plan to get her Xrays done thru the use of a 'protective sheild' her taking the meds will be futile. In which case, yes - u could info ur IO about her pregnancy & ask them to delay ur meds - post delivery.

Qorax
Dear Qorax,
please advise!

if we do the Medicals during pregnancy thru the use of "protective shied"..following that we receive the PPR
in that what can we do on below points.

1. before the new born (as cannot travel in last stage of pregnancy) ... can we inform to CHC at that stage and place our file on hold till the birth
2. after the new born (can we add new born after getting PPR1 or PPR2 but before sending the passports to CHC)
3. can we add newborn after getting the VISA+CORP(before landing)? ... if yes...please guide the procedure and estimate time

or its better to delay the medicals-post delivery

Dear Qorax

I recieved my MR and Police certificate (PC) updates from Warsaw today. They asked me two different updates of PC from my own country and UK where I live at the moment. the point is I have lived in UK since 2009 just one and half month after sending my initial PC (issued by own country). So I have not been resident in my own country since Aug 2009. Do you think I still need to have an update PC from my own country or just a PC from UK would be enough. I emailed them in this regard but I am not sute if they reply in proper time.

I appriciate your advice in this regard

best wishes

Hi,

1. This is the Schedule-1 form that u need filing:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm0008_1e.pdf

2. If they have asked for it, then yes - u need to return back the original docs as well.

1. I've no idea.
2. SECCRIM is 'only' for the PCCs... it doesn't mean ur security checks r anywhere complete

Qorax

1. If u cannot fly before delivery u might end-up expiring ur meds altogether.
2. That's the regulation -- u r required to 'add' the baby in ur case-file asap.
3. Yes. As above -- it's the regulation. U r then required to 'surrender' ur PRVs+COPRs and 'add'* the baby.

Bottomline: In such a case it's better to postpone the meds.

Those dates r 'intentional'... not necessarily 'effected'. As u beat the 'queue' u'd receive them. When(?) - no one can concretely predict... it could be in a few day's time or months.
