Dear Qorax Da,

What is scope of Real estate job in canada specially in GTA ?

I have hard core experience of 4 years in Real estate  without civil eng. or B. arch degree.

Is it regulated and I have to pass some exams to enter in Real estate job in canada?

Please suggest.

Ashu

Hi,

Realtor's profession is a very rewarding career here. There's a new member in this forum, BSRK68, who is from that profession in toronto. He has his thread about helping ppl for free - ask him, he's the best pax for advicing on your occupation.

Dear Qorax,

I have very important question to ask you about employment.

The documents i am providing for my employment with firm /Medical Store are here :

(1) Original Reference letter :

(2) Contract Letter : From Me & Also from my Employer. The original is in Hindi ( In Hindi is written as " Halaf Nama " )  I still need to translate & certified it & Notarised it .

(3) Notarised Copy of All the Offical forms ( 4 different forms with my photos ) issued from Drug Control department. In which all the things are mentioned like firm name as well as my name with Licence number & dates.

(4) Business card of my properiter .

Now one of my friend suggest me that i must also add some more documents like :

(1) Original Appointment Letter  ( As it is not mentioned in New Delhi VO Check list )

(2) Salary Slips ( Not Mentioned in ND VO Check list ) Also i want to share you that i am working at Small Medical Store . so i get salary in hand as cash .I can not provide Salary Slip & No Income Tax proof as i am not come under Income Tax Slab.

Please advise me it will be ok if i submit employment documents with numbered 1 to 4 Huh?

Please help me on it.

Regards,

Mayank

It's always wise to submit as much supporting docs as possible for our employment reference. It helps the VO in b/ground checks. However, if u don't have much - u can only submit what u have.

Qorax,

Thanks for all the valueable info you hv been providing on this forum. I would like to know what are the chances of an application getting rejected after it is in process stage i.e before the meds are requested? My eCAS status changed to In Process on 27 Jan 2011. However, I have been asked to provide some more info regarding my work experience amd POF.

Thanks in advance.  Smiley

Dear
I am not sure about it. One of my friends got his medical request and 3 months after CHC received his medical certificates and got a rejection letter not on the basis of his medical threats, but saying that 'his English language was poor'. Ridiculous.  He had scored 8 in IELTs general.

Dear Qorax,

My e-cas turned in process today but when i click on it, same old status is appearing. I hope they will take couple of hours/days to change the inside status, right?

Looking at this, by when can i expect medical/ additional doc request?

Please guide me.

I'm not sure u have posted the 'complete' facts & correctly. A rejection on 'language skills' would come much earlier than the meds. And a band of 8 is good [in fact 'fantastic'].
