Thanks Sir one question more that what is the expiry / deal line of medical instruction
Regards

They'd give u 60-days to complete ur meds usually, however it has been observed that sometimes they offer 45-days as well. But that wouldn't matter to u unless u HAVE the IMM1017S physically.

Dear  Qorax, & All Kindly advice I sent LVO this E-Cas 27/06 & they replied the below, but I already send them a hard copy of Reconsidration letter along with Cover Letter & supporting docs at 09/07 & electronic e-mail in the same date, the VO  named (IVH-IMS) had copied  someone called Robert Stevenson in the below e-mail .... my inquiry is
1- Do U think they will go through the hard copy letter cause I included my defences against VO claiming my husband will not be econmically established in Canada & the ADAPTABILITY issue ??
2- Who is Robert Stevenson  is he the Programme manager??
3- What are Ur opnion (s) for what should be my next move??

My E-CAS

I would like London VO to reconsider my Refused application as I wasn't granted 5 points in ADAPTABILITY ( as I included in my App. my spouse's sister documents (birth certificates, bills, PR Card, children PR Cards, Bank Statement, driving License) , and she was a Permanent Residence in Canada since 2009 (and became Citizen May 2012) , Note non of these documents were returned back to me in the refusal letter. I attached some of the docs sent before with my App. Kindly advice if it is applicable to reconsider my App. as depriving me from this 5 points resulted in the refusal of my application.Your response is highly appreciated.

Their Respond

Dear Sir,

This refers to recent correspondence received at our office requesting reconsideration of your application for Permanent Residence in Canada as a Federal Skilled Worker.

Your application for permanent residence in Canada was carefully considered by an officer according to the applicable sections of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, and you were sent a letter containing the full reasons for refusing your application. The decision was made based on the information on file at that time. You were sent a letter explaining the assessment, thereby concluding the assessment of your application.

You were not granted any points for your relative in Canada because you did not provide any documentation on your application demonstrating that you are related to her and the documentation that you provided demonstrating residency did not demonstrate that she is resident in Canada.

Should you have different information to submit or if you meet the requirements of a different immigration category, you can consider submitting a new application. For up-to-date information on how to apply for permanent residence in Canada, visit the website at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/index.asp.

Please be informed that we will not respond to further requests to revisit this decision.

Yours sincerely,
Immigration Officer (IVH-IMS)

Hi,

1. U've 30-days to submit ur "reconsideration plea".
2. That letter should be written in a suave, soft & compassionate tone.
3. U must submit the following two (2) docs with ur letter:
    a) Sufficient proof that ur spouse & his/her sister are "related by parentage",
    b) Proof that his/her sister is "currently residing in Canada".
4. Else, ur reconsideration plea will be basketed.
5. Name/s of the IOs or their staff do not matter.

Qorax

Dear MR Qorax Inittially thanks for the speed responce
I did send them a hard copy & soft copy  of DETAILED Reconsidration Letter & a cover letterat 09/07 with crediable docs... but what I'm not sure about is ( that their reply came after they gone through the E_CAS , hard copy letter & e-mail alltogether) ...or only the E-CAS... cause I sent the hard copy to the programm manager  & the VO copied the Programm Manager in the above e-mail .. but also they didn't argue my claims I sent; in the hard copy letter for being able to be well economically established in Canada
I did sent copies of
my sister Canadian Passport (she became canadian May 2012) ,  her birth certificate  my birth certificate, Canadian visitor Visa stamp on my mothers passport in the period of Feb2010/ Jan 2011 which confirms my sister residency at that time.
Copies of Interent bill , house contract with Canadian Gov. which we sent them at July 2010 which I think they lost it
Also copies of  Bank statement sent at 2010 = 35000 CAD (we were family of 3) which is greater than the requested amount
current Bank statement = 50,000 CAD (we R  now a family of 4)

the Reconsidration letter I sent was official and Urguing that
1-I think LVO on receipt of my file lost the mentioned docs
2-VO didn't request extra docs for verifcations for the relative claim
3-VO didn't request extra docs for verifcations for claiming that my husband will not be economically established in Canada.
& mentioned that I reserve my right to appeal in Fedral Court

The Covering letter was soft and urged the above in detailes

What do U think  of the above , & should I send another hard copy???

Hi,

1. Only an e-mail letter [with scanned supporting docs] suffices... u don't specifically require to send them any 'hard-copies'.
2. The bone of contention here was ur sis's 'current continued residence' in Canada & ur 'blood relationship' with her.
3. If u did submit proofs of both -- u should be good.
4. CIC, usually, do not lose/misplace docs. If u've send them - it'd be in ur file.
5. They, currently, do not ask for clarifications... blame that on the Bill C-38.
6. Send ur IO one more letter for reconsideration, drawing the above two facts. That should do the trick.

Good luck.
Ur 'initial thanks' stand appreciated.
