Thanks a lot bro 1. After meds u've a rare chance of being asked for ur POF again. 2. If asked, u must have ur complete funds in ur a/cs, else u could face trouble.
Thanks a lot bro, Yeah i will have my funds when i will be asked. When they will inquire with regards to the POF, I ll ddeposit and send them the required dox.....Will that be fine? ? Regards,

Dear Quorax, please answer my question ASAP, we do not have much time to react. My case:
I landed at Pearson last week. The process was exactly as you described (thanks a lot for all the information given) During the last step of my landing, the custom officer asked me for the GTF format (B4) When I gave it to him, he mentioned that the Jewelry part was not correctly filled (I put there some ornaments that really not classify as Jewelry and I did not have invoices or certificates of those items) The officer recommend me to fill again the format and to present it the next time I will enter Canada (I told him that I will be in Canada with my family for only for 2 weeks and then we will return to our country and will move definitely to Canada by the end of August) The officer recommended me to present this format in the definitive landing. As I know the GTF format is required to be presented in the first landing and now I do not know what to do. Is it possible that my B4 can be rejected next time? Do you have any recommendation?
Regards and god bless you
Benjita

Dear Quorax, Pls. reply..... Dear Quorax, I have big confusion. I am waiting for my medical. Have applied in June - 2010. Rightnow my status is "IN PROCESS" from 15th May - 2012. Now, problem is my old company where i was working has closed. now i m jobless and the contact nos. which i had given are out of service or not exist. landline nos... mobile no. is workin of my boss. now, what should i do?? will they refuse my application if they will not able to contact on landline phone?? or they will call on mobile of my boss? and, if i get new job now with same job duties, then should i update now at this point of time with my new company details with contact nos?? And, i have also changed my home s contact no. so should i give mobile no. as personal contact no. in place of landline no? please tell me what should i do at this stage as it s now high time if i do anything and tht can spoil situation so i m worried.... Pl. reply Quorax.

Dear Qurox
I applied for skilled worker NOC 7372. Application received 8 Nov,2010 Visa Office London AOR 22 Feb, 2011 Processing start 08 Feb,2012 But now I got email from london visa office after my inquiry that
"Please note that medical forms were sent to your mailing address on 22 March 2012 along with a request for further documents. We do not appear to have received a response to date" If you did not receive this package, please confirm your mailing address so that the forms can be re-sent. My question is that Is it possible that they send these forms through email ?? What I have to do now. I also sent my Mailing adress again

Dear Qorax Sir,
I just checked my ECAS right now and it says "Decision Made". Along with my current mailing address, a new column is also coming which mentions... "Your Current Home Address" and underneath it, is written - Totonto, Ontario, Canada.
Should I take it as a good news? Please reply early sir... I have been waiting for a good news for more than an year now!
Regards, Dinesh

Hi Qorax
Since you are very knowledgeable about the immigration stuff, as though i do not belong to this category, I would like to ask you a question regarding my file.
I was asked to redo only a chest x-ray before IO finalizes the process, which is the final touch as everything else is completed (the interview went well, background and security checks completed successfully) and the letter i received from Cic London in regard to addition medical request stated that i had to submit the requested info within 90 days which i already did within a week, so coming to question does the officer have to look at my file again after 90 days or is it like s/he has to look at it when received it?
Has anyone else encountered the some process or has experience on this matter? Your comments will be appreciated.
Thanks
