CAPTAIN PLZ PLZ TELL ME WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS
FRC LDN ADVISED OF DELAY WITH COMPLETING BACKGROUND CHECKS
REGARDS,

3. FRC is the Federal Cost Recovery cell. Usually they concerns with RPRF & other fin. matters, many a times they r the same ones [generally clubbed] who r the ones who perform eligibility checks after PSDEC-1. I wouldn't exactly know why ur file is with them.

dear qorax .

I had applied under fsw mi 1 in jun 2009 noc 1111 which was refused due to my not taking & submitting IELTS.i again applied after taking IELTS in 2010 under a new application but under same noc.my application is in process since jan 2012 & when i checked my e cas today it show 2 status one shows in process with details of appl made in 2010 inside it whereas second one shows decision made which has details of appl made in 2009 which was refused in 2009 itself .In caips notes which i got in may 2012  i have been  awarded 72 points & it also mentions about V O being satisfied about my ability to establish in canada. It also ask ECU to ask for ppt & RPRF & MEDICALS . what should i make up of this sudden change in e cas.Is it some error or should i take it to be rejection as normally DM before medicals is.

qorax sir please reply urgently as i am very anxious & need your valued opinion as this sudden & confusing change is killing me

regards

Dear Qorax,
My consultant forwarded the below reply from LVO to the case update which was sent on 13th June. Please advise me what should I get from this mail. Does it mean the interview is maived and we will get the MR directly after a month or the checking is going on on my documents and they are doing sort of investigation. Please guid me.

If he gets married [before 'landing'] he should 'surrender' his COPR+PRVs, then submit all docs/forms/fees for his spouse to be 'added' into his case file. Wait for the meds for the spouse, whereafter the VO will send fresh COPR+PRVs for both.

Usually the action/s should complete in 3-5 months. If by then his/her [the PA's] meds expire [1-yr] s/he will have to redo it... the VO will let him/her know.

If u had 2 apps [even if one was rejected long back] u'd be 'seeing' 2 statements in ur e-Cas. In ur case:
1. About the previous, 2009 case, which shows 'DM' correctly; AND
2. About the 'ongoing' 2010 case, which shows 'in process'.

Ur e-Cas is thus, correct. As of now ur 2nd file is 'in process'... but at what stage? -I wouldn't know unless I've ur complete timeline.
