Dear Qorax,

I have posted my query many times and also I sent  PM to you. But you never replied. I think you missed them. Plz reply to me at the earliest. I have snt the ppts and COPR for correction on May 7th or 8th. Till now no news about it. My status in ecas has changed to INPROCESS from DM. I have snt a fax to NDVO asking about the status of my docs. Still no reply. I had told them I am planning leave the end of June when I sent them the docs. The promised me will return it before that. Could you plz suggest me what I shd do now to know abt the status?

I hope you all know that there have been certain changes in the category 1122 few months ago. I am pasting the relevant links below.

Please see below - the first link contains the notice regarding the change in the name of category 1122. If you see the two links below, the definition of the category and the list of designations has also been changed for 2006 NOC to 2011 NOC . All marketing/ advertising type roles have been excluded and the description changed accordingly. Marketing / Advertising roles have been included in a separate category.

Dear Qorax

i'm 2004 sep- applicant and SDEC is 0, but as per caips notes they awarded me 71 points and also they mentioned that every thing is ok regarding my case and all verifications have been done, but the sdec is 0......last month i sent an email to CHC london and enquired about my case then last week they replied me that your application is now under review by visa officer and most probably that the medical will be sent to you with in 2 months...........so could you understand the thinking of CHC london becaues in Feb-2012 when i got caips notes the the SDEC is 0 then how they are replying me that the medical will be sent with in two months

Hi Sir Qorax,
                Two questions from you.

1-  I did the medical on 11-05-2012, the DMP sent the medicals of different people in one parcel. The tracking number he gave me didn't satisfy me. I want to confirm that whether Medical received at London VO or not. Can I shoot Case Specific Enquiry to them or not?

2-  At the time of landing when IO interview and ask some formal questions. Can only PA answer those questions or Spouse also answer.

1. When should I expect my PPR 1?
2. My ecas shows, started working on 24feb 2012....But med received line is not added still? why?

1-  my processing date is 13th march-12 and i recieved update form request on 21-may-12 and sent forms to chc on 28-may-12..... i want my originals for an interview....is it ok at this time to request them for returning of orignals ? will it impact processing/

2- Yesterday i asked in forum that is it ok if i transfer my funds in to US$ account from PKR account. I have asked for link account but now a days they are not opening link account for foreign currency.. so may i open separate account in US$ and send VO update for that or i have to waite for medicals?

Captain Qorax, mine is pnp in singapore vo. Med. Furtherance is going on. Sputum culture came -ve and waiting for another x-ray. I sent my passport as well. After medical, what are my chances? Will they ask for anything else? Pof or ielts? Please share ur kind experience. Thanks

1. If the tracking states that it has been received - u can rest assured that it has. It's inappropriate to contact ur IO unnecessarily. Wait for 3-months, and by then if nothing comes-up then u may contact ur VO.

2. The person whom the questions r directed - should respond. But relax, the POE interview is just a casual tete-tete, u won't feel an interview is in progress.

2. It takes around 3-4 months to have that e-Cas of 'MR'.

As ur med furtherance reports reach ur RMO they'd take around 2-3 months to issue u the PPR/stamped pps. It'd however come with a Medical Surveillance paper.

Usually at this stage they'd not bother with any further docs.

Till yesterday, I was able to check my ECAS when I type my family name. But from today, its not the case. When I typed my family name it was not showing up. Then I tried with my full name and its showing again. Strange friends...............
