Hi Qorax - Please I need your help.

Our application was filed on Dec 2009. Our file was reviewed and process on March XX 2012 and we submit ADR on May xx 2012

Today we got an email from our consultant that they receive our medical request and they are now in the process of forwarding to us all the medical forms. Very happy with this news.

But I have a bit of a probelm -

As I mentioned earlier, last May xx 2012, we submit to LVO the ADR (RPRF/PCC/updated POF and several forms) Our updated POFconsist of the following (family of 4):

1. 3 mos. bank statment ending 30 April 2012 - CAD 16,000
2. Plans (with pre-termination option) - CAD 8,000
3. Market value (independent appraiser) of Property One CAD 30,000 - Property we bought 2 years ago

Number 1 and 2 will cover the minimum POF requirement

Now with their medical request they are again asking for the updated POF. The problem that we have (same query of "Riz1") is that we use half of our fund in the bank to pay for the investment in real property (new property). Im worried becoz now we are short of the necessary fund in the bank to cover the required CAD 23,000

Dear Quorax Sir,
While i was verifying all my documents, i found 1 problem in both my wife's & son's PP my name is written as kamaljeet singh Lote instead of kamaljit Singh Lote.Will it create a problem?.
Also My wife's birth place is mentioned as manuli instead of Manauli.Can this also be a problem?.
My son's birth certificate has parent's address as my wife's home address instead of mine. Can this also be a problem.
I am from india.KIndly suggest the solution please.

so what i suppose to think
they are going to send me a medical or rejection soon.or i have to wait for another long time that i have been doing...
i have send all my docs nothing left now.like bnk statement,tax declaration,enf evidance to prove fund is mine(anytime widroable and source of  that fund which i declared its mine only) etc...

i got 1 more qus every 5 months when i asked for any status update on my application, immi come up with diff diff ans like its bit intresting to read :

I am new  member.
I need help,I got my GCMS
I applied on February 2011,my  vo is Singapore
On my GCMS--- I found on they verified my SSC,HSC,GRADUATION certificates-online  but I am still RBVO
                        I also found my work exp letter reviewed but not verified

Ecas shows I  m in RBVO stage  but GCMS shows they have started verification,M I in process stage or RBVO

i want to ask 1 littile thing, there is any chance of rejection in AEO cases if you have low scoring IETLS (5.5) or any other thing before medical.

Re above subject; my question is :
1 ) Now that husband and wife are separated (Not legally), does the husband ( Principal applicant) need to provide  (wife) PCC as part of  package of documents? or he can  leave that out?
2) Although, wife will not accompany the husband ( Principal applicant) to canada in future, is it simpler if ( principal applicant) states otherwise in the form  to avoide  filing " Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604]"
