Application filed: may, 2004.
Documents Update Req: OCT, 2010.
Documents submitted: Dec,2010
CAIPS notes recieved: Fab, 2012.I got the following lines......

FOSS reviewed. No Concerns.
Civil documents: Reviewed No concerns.
LICO:
PA is claiming 23500 CAD in account. Bank certificate and statements on file. reviewed. LICO appears met. No concerns.
Education:
BSc in Pharmacy from university(listed on Naric). result card,certificate and original transcripts are on file. Reviewed no Concerns.
Original IELTS on file,Varified online.Match found. 7 bands overall.
work experiance: 4 yrs under 3131.Reviewed.No concerns.
PCs: on file. Appears clean.
file to officer for review:
PA is working for subsid.of pfizer.good IELTS score.refrence letters on file.
Meet passmarks.
No further concerns of re-eligibility.
Positive SELDEC entered. Interview waived.
NMP pls issue medical..request PCs(Update).Req.RPRF.
File BF'd to BXC on 05-04-2012.

Then i got the following...............

Medical & RPRF rquest: Feb, 2012.
Medical sent to CHC London: March10th,2012.
Medical received by CHC london: 21,March, 2012.
RPRF submitted: 5th March,2012.
My demand draft of RPRF encashed on 05-04-2012.

On my request they are saying that my file is now under routine background checks........

My question to you sir Qorax.........
1)- Should i go for another CAIPS or GCMs again to have an update with the proceedings on my file with regards to my medical acceptance or should i wait??

Does LVO starts SC after receiving of medical results of PA or after DD (RPRF) encashed? or SC could not start untill LVO received medical results of whole family.

The gcms dated may 30 says awaiting med result of the principle app my spouse, whoch were done on may 5 and sent by dmp to vo on may 11 as confirmed by dmp.  is there smething missing here?  though i've send a cse to them seeking clarity.  i chkd and dmp is double sure all the results were sent to vo.

Is there a panel of docs at vo which reviews it and cud've delayed this ? Also, gcms said sending file for crim check!!!

Need your help in one of my queries –

1)   I had ordered GCMS notes and I received it on May 31 as updated/created on May 30th.  As per that my wife's Medical are showing in progress whereas mine and my son ‘s are passed.  The MR we recvd on Apr 26th, got our Meds done at DMP on May 5th and sent everything on May 14th. How come till 30th it was showing as in progress...I checked with DMP and they have confirmed that all 3 reports were sent on 10th May.   RPRF encashed on May 23rd.
2)   The new bill BC 138 is coming into effect on June 22nd as per what I heard.  Will this change impact us, as in MI3 applicants who've got their MR done, RPRF encashed ?

Ur meds were not yet reviewed by RMO or seconded by Ottawa at the time ur GCMS' notes retrieval.

Dear Qorax,
It is 3 months since my meds were received at London VO. I have not received PPR yet. I renewed the passports of myself and my dependents as you advised a few weeks ago because these were expiring in Jan 2013. Now, do I need to send scans of the new passports via the webform as an attachment, or is it not really necessary to update the VO about the new passports?

For the last 4 months I have been getting same or similar query answers from CHC in Kenya. Some people suggested CHC worldwide are still waiting yearly/fiscal visa quota in June this year. Also suggesting that they will reprocess the old files in July/August 2012. In your experience is that true? Should we wait until July or august 2012?
Please help.

Hello friends
Last year got application back due to cap reach with UCI number. Captain qorax has suggested to write the UCI number if applying this year. But what is its main use? I checked the application status by putting the UCI number, it shows no information available. I really don't understand the use of UCI number but will include in the form as captain suggested.

I got my PER on 2nd may 2012 ( NOC 3215 ) but no AOR from NDVO. many others from same VO got AOR within one month. wht cud be the reason? pls do clarify....
