I got reply from NDVO " This file is currently pending review by the responsible processing team and a decision by the officer.  As soon as that review has taken place, our office will contact the applicants if any further documentation or information is required. "
Already 2 months and 22 days passed since I submitted my passports and other documents.


Is that mean my BC and SC are completed and I can expect my Visa soon ?

Hi Qorax - Please I need your help.

Our application was filed on Dec 2009. Our file was reviewed and process on March XX 2012 and we submit ADR on May xx 2012

Today we got an email from our consultant that they receive our medical request and they are now in the process of forwarding to us all the medical forms. Very happy with this news.

But I have a bit of a probelm -

As I mentioned earlier, last May xx 2012, we submit to LVO the ADR (RPRF/PCC/updated POF and several forms) Our updated POFconsist of the following (family of 4):

1. 3 mos. bank statment ending 30 April 2012 - CAD 16,000
2. Plans (with pre-termination option) - CAD 8,000
3. Market value (independent appraiser) of Property One CAD 30,000 - Property we bought 2 years ago

Number 1 and 2 will cover the minimum POF requirement

Now with their medical request they are again asking for the updated POF. The problem that we have (same query of "Riz1") is that we use half of our fund in the bank to pay for the investment in real property (new property). Im worried becoz now we are short of the necessary fund in the bank to cover the required CAD 23,000

CAIPS notes recieved: Fab, 2012.I got the following lines......

PA is claiming 23500 CAD in account. Bank certificate and statements on file. reviewed. LICO appears met. No concerns.
Education:
BSc in Pharmacy from university(listed on Naric). result card,certificate and original transcripts are on file. Reviewed no Concerns.
Original IELTS on file,Varified online.Match found. 7 bands overall.
work experiance: 4 yrs under 3131.Reviewed.No concerns.
PCs: on file. Appears clean.
file to officer for review:
PA is working for subsid.of pfizer.good IELTS score.refrence letters on file.
Meet passmarks.
No further concerns of re-eligibility.
Positive SELDEC entered. Interview waived.
NMP pls issue medical..request PCs(Update).Req.RPRF.
File BF'd to BXC on 05-04-2012.

Then i got the following...............

Medical & RPRF rquest: Feb, 2012.
Medical sent to CHC London: March10th,2012.
Medical received by CHC london: 21,March, 2012.
RPRF submitted: 5th March,2012.
My demand draft of RPRF encashed on 05-04-2012.

On my request they are saying that my file is now under routine background checks........

My question to you sir Qorax.........
1)- Should i go for another CAIPS or GCMs again to have an update with the proceedings on my file with regards to my medical acceptance or should i wait??

Dear Qorax,
For the last 4 months I have been getting same or similar query answers from CHC in Kenya. some people suggested CHC world are still waiting yearly/fiscal visa quota in June this year. Also suggesting that they will reprocess the old files in July 2012. In your experience is that true? Should we wait until July or august 2012?

I think they dont have ne discrimination. They think the visa application as file.

Thanks for your reply. I was curious as it shows in my CAIPS notes  that "FOSS CHECK : DONE". I am outside Canada applicant. So how it applies to my file then ?

congrats , i am also from india and living in dubai, my files status changed to in process reviewed and started process on June 1,2012. if they send me medical request where i should do medical  in india or dubai,as my family is in india? i have mailing address for my consultant in Canada, where i will recieve my passport?
