Qorax .. My my bank statement which i submitted with initial set of documents have fund of $ 15,500 (for 2 persons) againt requirement of 14,100$ for 2 persons.

Now with addition of a family member i increased the amount in updated form to $ 17,500 - requirement is $ 17010 for 3 persons. but against this my bank statement is 15,500$.


Still i wait for VO to require updated POF

Once again, as long as u've the 'actual' funds [in ur bank or any fin. inst. under any fin. product] for 3 x pax [ur family size] - u r good. If & when they ask u to update ur POF u could submit those docs to prove that.

on 8th  morning i checked my status and its appread my mailing address which is indian address and not canada address,, what does it mean??we have done mediacal on 9th march and RPRF encase on 19th apr and 0n 24 apr ecas status was medical recive
so should i expect visa within month

I am applying this july for NOC 2121 (hoping it to stay this time too). Can you kindly let me be clear if we still need our educational transcripts to be sealed in university envelop or only attached copies can do ? Last time I have send them in univ sealed envelop, though I could not make it in CAP they opens the sealed envelop. Please let me know if I need to get sealed transcripts nowor not as there is nothing mentioned on CIC information brochure

Thanks Qorax for the advice. I have sufficient funds in my bank and through other cash equivalent investments. If LVO at any time required updated POF . i am in a position to send them.

They asked me to submit Indian mailing address, Marriage question form with photos and proofs, landing fees, PCC from UK, India , Philippines as my spouse is from Philippines. Medical letter dated 9th feb - med done 19 march 2012 , received by NDVO 29th March 2012, Landing fees, photos, evidence of marriage sent on 23rd march received by NDVO on 24 march 2012; ..Landing fees en-cashed 28th March 2012, E-case : In process (we received your medicals- 26 April 2012) with Indian mailing address on right..

When should I expect PPR ? Do I need to send them PP with cover letter without PPR request ? Should I expect interview? should I wait?

Dear Qorax,

part I.

2005:  entered into marriage SHAM to FIRST WIFE to get US green card.  application for PR sent to USCIS.
2006:  i went alone to the interview, OFFICER detected fraud, interviewed me brutally until I ADMITTED it was a SHAM MIRRIAGE.  I withdraw the application. NO benefits was given to me.
2006;  filed for divorced of first marriage, divorced finalized.
2009:  Eventually got married to SECOND WIFE (US citizen)  FOR REALS this time.  Application submitted for Green Card the same year.
2010:  we went for interview, OFFICER found our marriage BONAFIDE, but DENIED my admission due to my  prior Marriage Sham  (INA 204(c))
2011:  I entered into deportation proceeding. Tried to submit waiver of inadmissibilty but was denied saying 204c  has no solution.
2012:  I decided to VOLUNTARILY REMOVE myself from US to go to back to my country.

part II.
Me and My CURRENT US wife +  2 sons  are planning to immigrate to CANADA.
She took the assessment and she is eligible through FSW.

Now my 3 questions...

1.  During the interview,  (I know I have to tell the CANADIAN OFFICER the whole STORY) will my history of  MARRIAGE FRAUD in the US,  MAKE ME INADMISSIBLE TO CANADA TOO?

2.  If yes,  IS THERE A FORM OF waiver of this INADMISSIBILITY IN CANADA?

3.  What would you recommend on how I explain after I answer YES to   SCHEDULE A 6. e)  Have you been refused admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any other country?

Hi Qorax,

In addition to the previous question, I have 3 more questions:

1. Do we have to declare the entire amount of gold that we own or do we just have to declare the gold that we will be carrying along with us ? Do we have to carry the gold in hand baggage or check-in baggage ?
2. Do we have to pay landing fees ?
3. At the time when we had applied for PR, the funds requirement was 13000 CAD but now for the new applicants its 14000 CAD. Do we also have to show 14000 CAD as per the new rules or 13000 CAD is fine ?

On my request they are saying that my file is now under routine background checks........

My question to you sir Qorax.........
1)- Should i go for another CAIPS or GCMs again to have an update with the proceedings on my file with regards to my medical acceptance or should i wait??

the answer is posted in several places in several posts. the time gap was 45-60 days earlier and 3-5 months in the present scenario. it can be SC or may be its over and your things will be back in any time.
