I have applied in NOC 0213 since last two years (2009-2010 period) , i have receive message decision made and letter received on March-2012 for decion on below point table
age: 10
education: 22
First official language 04
experience 21
adaptibility 09
total: 66
on that time i have submited my old ielts result (4 points) with original documents, after 10 days of original documents submission, i have submited my new ielts result with following band (R:5,W:5.5,L:5.5,S:5) as per this result i have gained 7 points, CIC office receive my new result and inform me your result received, but after two years he review my eligibility as per old result and refused my application. This is very imbarasment situation to me, on first week of April-2012 i have submited my reveiw application on the basis of documents receiving replies from CIC, at that time (after 60 days) i dont have receive any reply and no any status change from DECISION MADE to InProcess, Please advise, can CIC is consider my review application or accept my latest IELTS documents result and also Guess any possible decision about my application.

Dear Imranamin, First remove your file number from the post, secondly i would suggest you to right a Case Specific Enquiry to LVO, informing them the correct IELTS reference and its receipt. And request them to reconsider your case. Hopefully, the outcome will be favourable. |

Could you please guide me the links for such bodies who do these creditional assessments specially for accounts/finance or if you can send me the links of pages where you provide such information,I tried to find on Master thread but unable.

I sent updated form to LVO according to their instructions after my child birth , with updated figure of settlemnt funds . LVO does not requied updated POF with updated forms requirement . Now the amount of settlement funds mentioned in updated forms is higher than the amount i mentioned in my bank statement sent with initial set of documents in July 2011.
What should i do , should i send updated bank statement to LVO or wait for their response ?

I have an opportunity to move in to Thompson, Manitoba for work. Can you pls advise me about the city? How is it compared to Toronto?
How is the citiy services?
Do you recommend a family with 3 little kids to go their?
I have not recieved the OHIP yet from Ontario, so what should I do in such case before I move to Manitoba?

Question about Generic Application Form IMM 0008:
I am applying for VANCOUVER, BC and the question 7 answers grey out (so would LIKE to assume I shouldn't fill them in!) *BUT* on the form guide it says " If you chose “Refugee” in question 1, do not complete questions 7a), b) and c)." suggesting anyone else MUST fill them in.
I have had 2 applications returned due to small but important mistakes like this so would appreciate ANY guideance!

Qorax .. My my bank statement which i submitted with initial set of documents have fund of $ 15,500 (for 2 persons) againt requirement of 14,100$ for 2 persons. Now with addition of a family member i increased the amount in updated form to $ 17,500 - requirement is $ 17010 for 3 persons. but against this my bank statement is 15,500$. Still i wait for VO to require updated POF regards |

If u r a FSW applicant [CHC-Adh?] the e-Cas of 'MR' usually means u stand good with ur b/ground & security checks. |
